Mastery Experience
Program Community Manager
We’re looking to hire you, a brilliant Program Community Manager to work closely with the Founder of Coaching Evolved to deliver a seamless experience for students inside our NEW Mastery Experience program.
Your primary responsibilities will be to organize the development of the Mastery Experience program, act as a guide to students throughout their Mastery Journey, and build community within the program by highlighting student wins, answering questions, and creating deeper levels of connection with their peers.
In this role,
you will also be responsible for content and delivery efforts such as coordinating the program schedule, emails, calls, and guest teachers.
You will be required to thoroughly understand the Mastery Experience program offerings and to be able to respond to customer service inquiries and support needs from the team and program participants. You will be a key team member in smoothing the way forward for all program students and teachers.
As our Program Community Manager, you must be able to confidently deliver the program with streamlined vision and care. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and timely follow-through.

The Role
Program Operations and Daily Program Management
Assists and leads program initiatives to ensure the execution of project plans and program success
Support students with inquiries/emails/billing requests/course questions
Report operational or technical issues as they surface to the systems team if unable to handle alone
Ensure all students are informed about changes and updates in the program
Active Community Management of the private Facebook group– driving conversations and engagement, celebrating wins, highlighting students for their progress and achievements, announcing program updates, and fostering a safe and supportive container for members to connect and expand through that community space
Deliverability of Program/Course Materials
Assist in the monthly turnover of the Mastery Experience program with site uploads, community requests, and scheduling updates
Confirm accuracy of all materials with updated information
Set up all Zoom links and calendars and ensure students can access them
Upload and publish all call recordings to the program portal
Email Reminders/Weekly Email(s)
Prep, draft, and schedule all program emails so they contain all relevant information within the tone of the brand
Send weekly email to update students on upcoming classes, and any other relevant information that they will need for that week/month
Ensure all emails are sent on time
Program Updates & Builds
Leverage student feedback and insights to suggest program improvements that balance student priorities and efficiency needs
Define the student experience, identify and prioritize tools for growth in the Program
Program Launches
Collaborate on launch strategies and program planning
Project manage program document/PDF creation and review
Provide assistance in the preparation of program launches, including testing of functions and admitting students into community sites
Assist in finding testimonials for marketing the program by reaching out to current students for permission to use quotes they share
About You
Comprehensive knowledge of Coaching Evolved programs and methodology
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to support program participants and build a highly-engaged community
Confident, resourceful and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
A self-starter attitude and a willingness to find solutions to problems that are not always clearly defined
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quick to learn new systems and always see a task through to the end, anticipating what comes next and preparing for it
Resourceful and proactive in identifying new opportunities and prioritizing efforts
Experience
Bachelor's degree and/or Professional Coach Certification is preferred but not required
Minimum of 2 years of experience with online Community Management
Familiar with Google Suite, Active Campaign, and WordPress
Content and delivery experience is highly valued
