Coaching Evolved
We’re looking to hire you, a brilliant social media manager, to help us build our brand, Coaching Evolved, and its signature coaching certification and advanced coaching mastery programs.
We work with extraordinary souls who are deeply called to support people to make radical, life-changing and permanent shifts for themselves and the planet but are looking for a deeper, more embodied and spiritual coaching methodology than traditional mindset based coaching.
In this role,
you’ll be key to supporting and empowering the future leaders in the coaching and transformation space through creating and posting highly engaging social media content and forming relationships and collaborations.
Plus you can do all of this from the comfort of the…beach…mountains…city or wherever you call home. Extra bonus though if you happen to live in L.A. 😉

the role
The Role
Create compelling organic social media posts that expands brand awareness, engages our followers, and generates new leads for our programs
Manage daily content creation including strategizing and developing Reels, Stories, and Posts on the Coaching Evolved Instagram and Facebook page
Work closely with the founder, Natalie MacNeil, and program faculty to develop new video content
Drive engagement through polls, questions, responding to comments, DMs, and actively engaging with other accounts that our target audience follows
Develop and manage a social media calendar and ensure all content deliverables are met on time
Conduct hashtag research and use hashtags, location tags, and account tagging appropriately for expanded reach of posts
Identify potential collaboration opportunities with aligned Instagram accounts and influencers
Propose new social media platforms and strategies to expand our brand reach
Stay on top of current trends and develop new strategies to leverage social media for generating leads and driving sales into our programs
Use a data-driven approach for monitoring, reporting on and enhancing our social media content
About You
Experienced in all aspects of social media marketing and management
Experienced in planning and leading social media content creation, including strong design and video editing skills
Confident, resourceful and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Great at research and identifying key collaboration opportunities
Data and report driven, is meticulous with details
Strong copywriting skills for writing inspiring captions and calls to action
Strong visual / design skills for creating inspiring graphics and overlays for stories and reels
Fantastic at executing with speed and decisiveness and understanding how to manage priorities
Confident in proactively suggesting new ideas, strategies, and opportunities to the team that will create high-quality followers and convert them into paying customers in our programs
Thrilled and excited to create a positive ripple in the world through this work
Experience
🤩 Bachelor’s degree, with focus in Marketing or Communications (or related field) is preferred but not required
🤩 Minimum of 2 years of social media experience managing Instagram and Facebook accounts to acquire and engage followers and convert them into leads and sales
🤩 Superior skills in creating digital content, and always keeping a pulse on current trends on social media
🤩 Flexibility to adapt work schedule to align with peak periods and demands of our business
