I'm Natalie.
For more than a decade, I’ve been an industry leading professional coach for transformational leaders, visionaries, and entrepreneurs. I've also trained hundreds of coaches over the last five years.
I’m also an Emmy Award-winning media entrepreneur and the bestselling author of five books on business, personal transformation, and embodied living.
I’ve spent thousands of hours mastering and refining advanced, research-backed modalities for the coaching process, which you’ll learn inside The Mastery Experience. These are the same tools I’ve used with high-profile leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers around the world.

Designed to be flexible and supportive, so you can complete it on your own schedule while still getting the live practice you need to truly embody these tools.
Here’s what your journey will look like:
- 1️⃣ Watch the Trainings
Get immediate access to our comprehensive, pre-recorded trainings on all five modalities (which we refer to as Modality "Upgrades"). Study at your own pace over your 6 months of program access—or follow our recommended 10-week journey to complete the program in just over two months. -
- 2️⃣ Attend Live Practice Sessions
Every two weeks, join our expert faculty on Zoom for live embodiment practice sessions. You’ll be paired with another coach to practice the techniques you’re learning, receive feedback, and build true confidence in using them with clients. You’ll then switch roles and receive coaching from your practice partner with the modality they are practicing.
- 3️⃣ Apply What You Learn
Between calls, you’ll have the space to integrate the techniques into your own coaching practice, reflect on your growth, and move on to the next Modality Upgrade training videos. -
- 4️⃣ Earn Your Certificate of Completion
To honor your commitment to mastery, you must complete all Modality Upgrade video trainings, attend at least five live practice sessions (one for each modality), and submit a brief application that demonstrates your understanding and readiness to use these tools with integrity in order to receive your Certificate of Completion. You’ll not only gain technical skill—you’ll embody the tools yourself so you can guide others from a place of lived experience.

Master the fundamentals of EFT and how to integrate tapping into your coaching process. You’ll learn the 5-step sequence, how to craft EFT “recipes,” and ways to help clients release patterns they’ve struggled with for years.

Deepen your client work by learning how to safely guide "parts” integration. You’ll uncover how to help clients meet, understand, and heal the inner parts that drive behavior, emotion, and resistance.
This Modality Upgrade includes 2 trainings (~2.5 hours total)
- Embodied Parts Work Coaching
- Parts Work Perception Triangle and Coaching Demo
Explore how language, embodiment, and the nervous system intersect. In this single 2-hour Modality Upgrade training, you’ll learn core Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) shifts, how to identify and shift limiting beliefs somatically, and how to use language to rewire thought patterns—gently and effectively.
Call Schedule
LIVE PRACTICE SESSIONS will be every other Wednesday. Call times will alternate between 10am PT and 4pm PT each week to accommodate different time zones. For those who join by September 28th, there will be one call per month with Natalie September-December.
